absence is the opposite of presence. today, life is full of uncountable friends, content and objects. by putting ourselves at the center of our own universes, reality becomes invisible. everyone else becomes a shadow. nothing is private. intimacy vanishes. there's no object without an image.

miss.o challenges this trend by emphasizing by omitting, by making salient the things that are disappearing from around us, by making us reflect of all things that we will soon miss if we stop looking. it asks us to imagine a reality uncrowded by trivialites, and to take ownership in our own construction of reality.
